As Manager, Program Management, you will lead enterprise-wide programs that span technology, manufacturing, and operational functions, ensuring alignment with global strategy while driving measurable results.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct exposure to C-suite executives, Board members, and global stakeholders.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional programs spanning technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

Governance & Delivery: Establish program charters, KPIs, and governance models ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.

Executive Engagement: Present program updates, risks, and performance outcomes to C-suite and Board stakeholders.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure program delivery aligns with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements across global markets.

Change Management: Lead organizational readiness and change management efforts across business units.

Financial Oversight: Manage program budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking with financial discipline.

Innovation & Efficiency: Embed agile, lean, and digital-first practices to accelerate delivery cycles.

Talent Development: Mentor program teams, embedding a culture of accountability and high performance.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

15+ years of experience in program management, operations, or enterprise transformation, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.

Proven success in Fortune 500 or global enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of program governance, financial oversight, and enterprise technology ecosystems.

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.

Advanced degree (MBA, Engineering, or related field) desirable.

Exceptional influencing and communication skills with demonstrated success presenting to executive and Board-level stakeholders.

Experience managing multi-million-dollar global programs with complex cross-functional teams.
Strategic Support
The Manager, Program Management will serve as a strategic partner to the COO, CTO, and CFO, ensuring programs deliver against corporate growth objectives. Contributions include:
