As the Chief Information and Transformation Officer (CIO), you will serve as both a strategic visionary and an execution leader, driving the alignment of IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise change initiatives. You will work closely with the Board, C-suite peers, and global teams to ensure information systems and transformation strategies support growth, resilience, and innovation at scale.
This is a high-visibility C-suite role with direct accountability for enterprise IT operations, strategic transformation, and long-term competitiveness.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Governance: Define and execute a multi-year IT and transformation strategy aligned with corporate growth and innovation objectives.

Digital Transformation: Oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, digital platforms, and automation.

Operational Excellence: Drive ITIL and agile methodologies across IT operations to ensure uptime, scalability, and security.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Ensure enterprise systems are resilient, compliant, and aligned with global cybersecurity standards.

Change Leadership: Lead cultural and operational transformation efforts to embed agility, innovation, and accountability.

Financial Stewardship: Manage large-scale IT and transformation budgets, ensuring ROI and cost optimization.

Executive Reporting: Present IT performance, transformation outcomes, and risk assessments to the CEO and Board.

M&A Integration: Lead IT and operational integration in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise strategy.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

20+ years of progressive leadership in IT strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise technology, with 10+ years in senior executive roles.

Proven success in Fortune 500 or global-scale organizations leading IT and transformation programs.

Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), digital operating models, and large-scale change management.

Deep understanding of data privacy, compliance frameworks, and global cybersecurity standards.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or MBA strongly preferred.

Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with Board-level communication experience.

Strategic Support
