The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) will serve as the executive architect of enterprise-wide transformation, driving initiatives that redefine how the organization operates and competes. This leader will be responsible for shaping large-scale change programs, orchestrating cross-functional execution, and embedding transformation into the company’s DNA.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, the CTO will oversee digital transformation, cultural change, operational optimization, and growth acceleration. The ideal candidate will combine strategic foresight, executional rigor, and inspirational leadership to build a scalable, future-ready enterprise.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Transformation Leadership: Design, lead, and execute enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across business units and geographies.

Change Architecture: Build frameworks for cultural, digital, and operational change that align with strategic priorities.

Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to embed transformation into everyday execution.

Performance Metrics: Develop dashboards and governance models to track ROI, operational efficiency, and transformation milestones.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary executive communicator of transformation progress to employees, leadership, and the Board.

Innovation & Digital: Lead adoption of new technologies, digital platforms, and AI-driven solutions to accelerate growth and agility.

Risk & Resilience: Identify risks to transformation initiatives and ensure continuity of change programs.

Talent Development: Mentor senior leaders and teams to embrace transformation as a core capability.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

20+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise transformation, strategy, or operations, with 10+ years at the executive level.

Proven track record of leading multi-billion-dollar transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 or global organizations.

Expertise in digital transformation, operational restructuring, and organizational design.

Strong knowledge of finance, technology, and global business models.

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or Organizational Leadership preferred.

Exceptional communication and influencing skills with Board-level presence.
