Responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of digital strategy for Transamerica. Demonstrated leadership, creative vision, UI/UX expertise and solid understanding of customer needs + opportunities. Responsible for managing UX team and agency partners in designing and developing new experiences across web, mobile, and Digital Marketing touchpoints. Led strategic product design evolution, supporting participant, plan sponsor, record keeping and internal rep experiences. Evaluated competitive marketplace and implemented designs to combat new Robo-advisor competitors. Built digital products to support our Asset Management arm to equip advisors with easy access to performance + research data.
Responsible for product management, design and marketing within FedEx Digital Access Marketing group. Led a global cross-functional User Experience team with members from Marketing, IT, international stakeholders and internal business partners. The Digital Access channel processes ~95% of FedEx’s 18+ million packages and 400+ million tracking requests each business day, and the team developed designs and innovations in establishing fedex.com + mobile as a premier self-serve digital experience. More than $5 billion in yearly revenue generated though FedEx Digital, and $1 billion per year cost savings in terms of off-loading calls to digital service channels (via web, app, SaaS integrations).
