Through active engagement with the public, meticulous data collection, and insightful research, I have discerned the nuanced hurdles to entry into apprenticeships. Armed with this invaluable understanding, MBA/CAP is primed to deploy targeted and effective measures to surmount these obstacles, ensuring a more inclusive and vibrant future for the construction industry.
