We are seeking a Brand Manager to steward, evolve, and scale a high-value brand within a complex, global organization.
This role is designed for a senior brand leader who understands how to balance creative excellence with commercial accountability. You will own brand strategy, end-to-end shaping positioning, narrative, visual identity, and go-to-market execution across digital, product, partnerships, and customer experience channels.
Operating at enterprise scale, the Brand Manager will collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Communications, Design, Analytics, and Executive Leadership to ensure the brand consistently reinforces business strategy, accelerates growth, and strengthens long-term brand equity.
This role goes beyond traditional brand management; it is about orchestrating brand as a strategic asset, one that drives differentiation, loyalty, and sustained market leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity across all markets and channels.

Translate business objectives into clear brand narratives that resonate with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Lead brand planning across product launches, campaigns, partnerships, and major initiatives.

Ensure brand consistency and excellence across digital platforms, product experiences, marketing assets, and communications.

Partner with Growth and Performance Marketing teams to align brand building with measurable business outcomes.

Leverage consumer insights, market research, and data analytics to inform brand decisions and creative direction.

Oversee creative development in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Manage brand governance, guidelines, and approval processes across global teams.

Track brand health metrics, awareness, consideration, sentiment, and long-term equity indicators.

Present brand strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles within large or high-growth organizations.

Proven success managing premium or scaled brands across digital-first or omnichannel environments.

Strong understanding of brand architecture, positioning frameworks, and storytelling principles.

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Growth, and Analytics teams.

Demonstrated ability to balance creative vision with commercial impact.

Experience managing agencies, partners, and cross-market brand execution.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic action.
