About the Job

We are a global leader in financial services and enterprise transformation, serving some of the most dynamic industries across technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer markets. With operations spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for growth, innovation, and financial resilience.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a critical strategic partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team. This role goes far beyond traditional finance leadership. As a senior executive, the CFO will oversee all global financial functions—including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management—while leading digital finance transformation, global investment strategies, and M&A activity. This position requires a leader who thrives in complex multinational environments, balancing day-to-day financial stewardship with long-term corporate strategy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Technology & Finance Transformation: Drive adoption of advanced finance technologies, ERP platforms, and predictive analytics.

  • Board-Level Reporting: Deliver insights and recommendations on financial performance, risks, and opportunities to the Board.

  • Team Development: Build and mentor a world-class global finance team, fostering future-ready leaders.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

  • 20+ years of progressive finance leadership with at least 8–10 years in senior executive roles (CFO, Deputy CFO, or Divisional CFO).

  • Proven experience in Fortune 500 or multinational corporations, ideally within financial services, technology, or advanced industries.

  • Expertise in corporate finance, M&A, treasury, investor relations, and risk management.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-billion-dollar P&L and global financial operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in leading digital finance transformation initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication skills with Board and investor-facing experience.

  • Proven ability to drive financial strategy as a competitive differentiator and enabler of growth.

Strategic Support

  • Integrating financial strategy with ESG, sustainability, and stakeholder priorities.

  • Positioning finance as a driver of innovation, growth, and competitive advantage.

Working Conditions
