We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to serve as the strategic architect of our people strategy. This executive will oversee every dimension of human capital management, including talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards, cultural transformation, and global workforce engagement.

As a direct report to the Chief Executive Officer and a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CHRO will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future by embedding a people-first, high-performance culture that drives sustainable growth and positions us as an employer of choice worldwide.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with corporate objectives and future growth.

  • Lead global talent acquisition and retention strategies to build a diverse, high-performing workforce.

  • Oversee total rewards programs, including executive compensation, equity, and global benefits.

  • Partner with the CEO and Board Compensation Committee on executive talent and succession planning.

  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategies that advance equity and representation across all levels.

  • Drive leadership and career development programs, building the next generation of enterprise leaders.

  • Establish HR analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights on workforce performance, engagement, and retention.

  • Strengthen global employee relations and compliance with labor regulations across multiple geographies.


Qualifications – What We Are Looking For

  • 20+ years of progressive HR leadership, with at least 10+ years in executive roles.

  • Proven track record of shaping and executing enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives.

  • Experience managing global workforces across multiple continents.

  • Strong understanding of HR technology platforms, analytics, and future-of-work models.

  • Expertise in executive compensation, workforce planning, and succession management.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.


Strategic Support

The CHRO will:

  • Serve as the chief people strategist for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

  • Partner with the Board on governance, succession, and workforce oversight.

  • Align HR strategy with corporate goals around growth, culture, and shareholder value.

  • Lead enterprise initiatives around digital transformation, workforce mobility, and global talent strategies.


Working Conditions

  • Hybrid/Remote with global travel to headquarters, regional offices, and talent hubs.

  • High-visibility role with frequent interaction at the CEO and Board level.

  • Operates in a fast-paced environment requiring agility, discretion, and strategic judgment.
