Job Description

About the Role

In modern global enterprises, technology is no longer a support function; it is the foundation of scale, resilience, innovation, and trust. We are seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology strategy, execution, and governance across a complex, multi-business organization operating at a global scale.

This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to translate business strategy into secure, scalable, and future-ready technology platforms. The CIO will own the enterprise technology ecosystem, including infrastructure, applications, data platforms, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and enterprise architecture, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, the CIO will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, and Board to modernize the technology landscape, improve operational efficiency, and enable innovation across the enterprise. You will drive digital modernization while maintaining disciplined governance, risk management, and operational reliability.

This is not a maintenance or back-office role. It is a mandate to build technology as a strategic enterprise capability, one that accelerates growth, strengthens resilience, and positions the organization for long-term competitiveness.
