The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for translating corporate strategy into operational execution across the enterprise. This role oversees end-to-end operations, performance management, organizational scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
This position is ideal for a senior executive with a proven ability to lead complex operations, drive enterprise-wide transformation, and partner closely with the CEO and board to shape organizational direction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all core operational functions across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Translate corporate strategy into executable operating plans, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.

Drive operational excellence across processes, systems, workforce models, and service delivery.

Oversee enterprise performance metrics including efficiency, quality, reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Lead large-scale transformation initiatives involving digital modernization, automation, and operating-model redesign.

Partner with Technology, Finance, HR, Product, and Customer teams to ensure cross-functional execution and accountability.

Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across operational domains.

Guide capacity planning, workforce optimization, and organizational design to support sustainable growth.

Provide executive-level reporting, forecasts, and insights to the CEO and board.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of senior leadership experience across operations, enterprise services, or large-scale business environments.

Demonstrated success leading multi-functional, distributed operations with measurable performance outcomes.

Strong background in operational strategy, execution management, and organizational scaling.

Experience driving transformation initiatives in technology-enabled or digitally mature organizations.

Proven financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and performance optimization.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $375,000 – $415,000
