About the Role
The Chief Supply Chain Officer is a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for architecting and leading an integrated, resilient, and technology-enabled global supply chain ecosystem. This role carries enterprise-wide accountability for end-to-end supply chain strategy from sourcing and procurement through manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and customer delivery.
As the organization continues to scale across regions and markets, supply chain excellence is central to growth, customer experience, margin optimization, and operational resilience. The CSCO will lead transformation initiatives that modernize supply chain capabilities, embed advanced analytics and automation, and strengthen supplier partnerships across a complex global footprint.
This role requires a seasoned executive with deep operational expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to balance strategic vision with disciplined execution in dynamic, high-volume environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with enterprise growth, customer expectations, and financial objectives.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment.

Build resilient supply networks capable of managing risk, disruption, demand volatility, and geopolitical complexity.

Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on cost optimization, service reliability, inventory performance, and cycle-time reduction.

Oversee supplier strategy, contract governance, and long-term strategic partnerships across global markets.

Champion digital supply chain transformation, including advanced planning systems, automation, data analytics, and visibility platforms.

Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Operations leaders to align supply chain priorities with enterprise strategy.

Establish performance management frameworks, KPIs, and governance models to ensure accountability and transparency.

Lead and develop global teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and innovation.

Represent supply chain strategy at executive, board, and external partner levels.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.

Proven executive-level experience overseeing complex, multi-region supply chain operations.

Strong background in procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and supplier management within large-scale enterprises.

Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives and large operational change programs.

Deep understanding of supply chain technologies, digital platforms, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and boards.

Provide leadership on sustainability, ethical sourcing, and responsible supply chain practices.

Deliver executive-level insights on performance trends, capacity planning, and long-term operational readiness.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $337,000 – $415,000
