About the Role
At the enterprise level, technology is no longer an enabler operating behind the scenes; it is the primary engine of innovation, differentiation, and scale. We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and lead the long-term technology vision for a global organization operating complex, high-volume digital platforms across markets and geographies.
This role is designed for a senior technology executive who understands how to architect for scale, modernize legacy systems, and accelerate innovation without sacrificing reliability or security. The CTO will own the enterprise technology roadmap across product engineering, platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, developer productivity, and emerging technologies.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will partner closely with the CEO, CIO, Product, Operations, and Security leadership to ensure technology strategy directly supports business growth, customer experience, and operational resilience. You will guide the organization through cloud transformation, AI adoption, platform modernization, and engineering excellence at scale.
This is not a hands-off visionary role. It is a mandate to build technology as a durable, competitive enterprise capability, one that scales globally, adapts continuously, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise-wide technology vision and long-term architecture strategy.

Lead global engineering, platform, and infrastructure organizations at scale.

Drive modernization of core platforms, applications, and development ecosystems.

Oversee cloud strategy, platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

Guide the adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies where they deliver business value.

Establish engineering standards, architectural principles, and delivery best practices.

Partner with Product leadership to align technical strategy with product vision and roadmaps.

Ensure security, resilience, and compliance are embedded into all technology decisions.

Manage technology investment prioritization and delivery accountability.

Represent technology strategy to the executive team and Board.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of senior technology leadership experience, including CTO or equivalent roles.

Proven experience leading large-scale engineering organizations in enterprise environments.

Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and platform engineering.

Track record of leading modernization and transformation initiatives at scale.

Strong understanding of secure software development and technology risk management.

Experience partnering with Product, Operations, and Business leadership at the executive level.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
