About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across business operations, technology platforms, and organizational capabilities. This executive role is designed for a visionary leader who can orchestrate large-scale change, drive operational excellence, and embed innovation across all layers of a complex, high-growth organization.
The Chief Transformation Officer will partner directly with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior executive leadership to define and execute strategic transformation agendas that improve performance, unlock new growth opportunities, and position the organization for long-term competitive advantage. This role blends strategy, operational rigor, and digital acumen and is pivotal in accelerating enterprise-wide change.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise transformation strategy, aligning business objectives, operational improvements, and digital initiatives with organizational priorities

Lead large-scale transformation programs spanning finance, operations, technology, customer experience, and organizational design

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and drive sustainable business performance

Implement frameworks for change management, risk assessment, performance measurement, and process optimization

Partner with business unit leaders to ensure adoption and execution of strategic initiatives

Deliver measurable impact across cost, revenue, operational efficiency, and customer experience

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and the Board of Directors

Build and mentor a high-performing transformation team and develop organizational capabilities for continuous improvement
Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, strategy, operations, or digital change programs

Proven track record driving transformation initiatives in large, complex, multinational organizations, ideally in technology, digital platforms, or professional services

Deep expertise in organizational change management, operational redesign, and digital transformation

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading cross-functional initiatives at scale

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, process automation, and technology-enabled solutions

Exceptional experience engaging with Boards, investors, and executive stakeholders

Total Compensation Range: $377,000 – $465,000 USD annually
