Job Description

About the Role

In a data-driven world, artificial intelligence is no longer the future—it’s the foundation of modern enterprise. We are searching for a visionary Data Scientist – AI/ML Expert to lead the next generation of intelligent systems that transform decision-making, efficiency, and customer experience.

This is not an ordinary data science role. You’ll design models that scale across business domains, partner with cross-functional teams to implement machine learning frameworks, and drive measurable outcomes through AI-driven insights. Reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer, this role combines hands-on technical mastery with strategic influence, shaping how data fuels innovation across our global ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is both a builder and a thinker—someone who thrives on experimentation, iteration, and impact. You’ll use advanced modeling, deep learning, and predictive analytics to solve real-world problems and bring intelligence to every level of the organization.

We operate at the intersection of technology, creativity, and purpose—and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about redefining what’s possible through data.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models that address complex business challenges.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams to translate business problems into measurable, model-driven solutions.

  • Architect scalable data pipelines and feature stores for production-grade ML systems.

  • Utilize frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn to build robust and explainable AI solutions.

  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize decision-making, risk management, and customer engagement.

  • Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends—especially in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and generative architectures.

  • Lead experimentation cycles, from hypothesis to validation, to continuously improve performance and model outcomes.

  • Present insights and results to C-suite stakeholders in clear, actionable narratives.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, or applied research, with proven deployment in enterprise environments.

  • Advanced degree (PhD/MS) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

  • Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data engineering technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).

  • Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformer, LSTM) and modern AI ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with unstructured data (text, image, voice) for applied ML solutions.

  • Track record of building scalable, production-grade ML pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strategic Support

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align data strategy with long-term organizational goals.

  • Serve as an AI thought leader, providing direction on model governance, ethical AI frameworks, and automation strategy.

  • Contribute to the company’s innovation roadmap, exploring new use cases in predictive analytics and generative modeling.

  • Partner with data engineering and architecture teams to ensure end-to-end scalability and performance of deployed models.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid or fully remote flexibility with options to collaborate across data innovation hubs globally.

  • Fast-paced, research-driven environment where innovation is celebrated and experimentation is encouraged.

  • Opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams in product design, engineering, and strategy.

  • Continuous professional development through access to AI summits, research partnerships, and advanced learning programs.

Essential Job Function

The Data Scientist – AI/ML Expert acts as the architect of intelligence, combining analytics, automation, and algorithms to drive smarter decision-making across the enterprise. This position bridges cutting-edge science with real-world impact.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Publications in top-tier journals or conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, AAAI).

  • Hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning, generative AI (GPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.), or computer vision.

  • Previous leadership experience in AI research labs or enterprise innovation divisions.

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.

Innovation Is in Our Blood

We believe AI is not just a tool—it’s an evolution of human creativity and logic. From predictive intelligence to generative design, our teams are pioneering the future of how technology learns, adapts, and transforms. Here, innovation isn’t an option—it’s our identity.

We Do What We Say

Integrity drives every algorithm we build. We stand by our models, our methods, and our mission—ensuring our technology is as ethical as it is advanced. We commit to transparency, accountability, and measurable impact in everything we do.

What We Offer

  • Compensation Package: $147,000 – 215,000 + annual performance bonus + stock options.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with matching.

  • Research and Innovation Budget: Funding for personal AI research, conferences, and learning opportunities.

  • Hybrid Flexibility: Work from anywhere while staying connected to global data innovation centers.

  • Career Growth: Opportunity to evolve into leadership roles like Director of AI, VP of Data Science, or Chief AI Officer.

  • Culture of Excellence: Work with top-tier scientists, engineers, and strategists driving global AI adoption.
