As Director of Corporate Development, you will oversee strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisitions, shaping the company’s long-term trajectory. This role requires deep financial acumen, strategic vision, and cross-border deal execution expertise. It is a high-impact position with direct engagement at the C-suite and Board level.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

15+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with proven success in large-scale transactions.

Demonstrated expertise in deal sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and post-merger integration.

Strong background in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.

MBA, CFA, or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.

Strategic Support
