Job Description
About the Role
Corporate development at enterprise scale is not about opportunistic deal-making; it is about shaping the company’s future through disciplined strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation. We are seeking a Director of Corporate Development to lead strategic initiatives across mergers & acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and portfolio strategy for a global, technology-driven organization operating at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, product, and executive decision-making. The Director will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing transactions that materially advance the company’s growth strategy, technology roadmap, and competitive position. This includes full ownership of the deal lifecycle from strategic rationale and target identification through valuation, diligence, negotiation, and post-close integration planning.
Working closely with the CEO, CFO, Strategy, Product, and Business Unit leaders, the Director of Corporate Development will translate corporate priorities into actionable inorganic growth initiatives. The role requires strong judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate credibly with executives, boards, bankers, investors, and founders.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a corporate development professional who wants to move beyond transaction execution and help define where and how the enterprise grows next.
