The Director of Innovations will lead the identification, design, and execution of forward-looking initiatives that modernize capabilities, accelerate growth, and strengthen market differentiation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives and market opportunities.

  • Identify emerging technologies, platforms, and business models that have the potential for scalable impact.

  • Design and oversee innovation programs, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives from ideation through implementation.

  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Strategy leaders to embed innovation into core business processes.

  • Establish governance frameworks to evaluate, prioritize, and scale innovation initiatives.

  • Build and manage cross-functional innovation teams, internal labs, or external partnerships.

  • Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning across the organization.

  • Measure innovation performance through KPIs, ROI frameworks, and adoption metrics.

  • Present innovation roadmaps, progress updates, and investment cases to executive leadership.

  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and disciplined innovation.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in innovation leadership, strategy, product development, or digital transformation roles.

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise innovation initiatives within technology-driven environments.

  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, digital platforms, and scalable business models.

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

  • Proven ability to translate abstract ideas into executable strategies and operational outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Design preferred.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities.

  • Influence long-range planning related to technology adoption, process modernization, and the introduction of new capabilities.

  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends, competitive positioning, and innovation maturity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $227,000 – $328,000

  • Performance-based annual incentive
