Job Description
About the Role
In high-growth enterprises, partnerships are no longer a supporting channel; they are a core growth engine. We are seeking a Director of Partnerships to build, scale, and optimize a global partner ecosystem that accelerates revenue, expands market reach, and strengthens long-term competitive advantage.
This role is designed for a senior leader who understands how to translate strategic alliances into measurable business outcomes. The Director of Partnerships will own end-to-end partner strategy, including identification, onboarding, enablement, and performance management across technology, channel, and strategic alliance partners.
As a key member of the growth leadership team, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align partner strategy with go-to-market priorities. You will establish governance, incentives, and operating models that ensure partners deliver a predictable pipeline, customer value, and joint innovation.
This is not a relationship-maintenance role. It is a mandate to build partnerships as a scalable, revenue-producing enterprise capability, one that evolves with market demands and delivers sustained growth.
