This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for translating market insights and customer needs into actionable product roadmaps, optimizing product performance, and delivering measurable results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy development and execution for multiple product lines.

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.

• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to measure product success.

• Mentor and develop Product Managers and associate product team members.

• Present product strategy, updates, and performance to executive leadership.

• Identify opportunities for innovation, product enhancements, and market expansion.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Experience in Technology, SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or Enterprise Software.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex technical environments.

• Advanced knowledge of product analytics, experimentation, and user research.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Exceptional collaboration and executive communication skills.

• Serve as a senior advisor to the VP of Product, CPO, CTO, and the executive leadership team.

• Support corporate initiatives related to portfolio planning, market positioning, and digital transformation.

• Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to optimize product forecasting, pricing, and commercial outcomes.

• Provide executive-level insights on product performance, trends, and long-term opportunities.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $235,000 – $315,000

• Performance-based annual bonus
