  • Lead supply chain transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization, advanced planning systems, automation, and data-driven decision models.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to service levels, inventory turns, working capital, OTIF, and total landed cost.

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to align supply chain capabilities with business growth and product roadmaps.

  • Manage supply chain risk planning, including geopolitical exposure, material shortages, capacity constraints, and continuity planning.

  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing regional and global supply chain teams.

  • Support M&A integration efforts from a supply chain perspective when applicable.

  • Proven experience leading global supply chains with multi-site manufacturing and international suppliers.

  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, S&OP/IBP, logistics optimization, and supplier negotiations.

  • Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives and managing complex change at scale.

  • Advanced understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred), planning tools, and supply chain analytics.

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and working capital at an enterprise level.

Personal Capabilities and Qualifications

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving instincts.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure environments.

  • Strong people leader with a track record of building engaged, accountable teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills, both operational and executive-level.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on supply chain risk, scalability, and long-term capacity planning.

  • Support corporate strategy initiatives, including market expansion, product launches, and operational footprint optimization.

  • Partner with Finance on margin improvement, cost transparency, and capital efficiency.

  • Contribute to sustainability, ESG, and responsible sourcing initiatives.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid or on-site executive role, based near a major operational hub or headquarters.
