Job Description

About the Role

At enterprise scale, technology operations are the foundation of reliability, speed, and trust. We are seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead and modernize the operational backbone of a global, technology-driven organization supporting mission-critical platforms, complex integrations, and always-on services.

This role is designed for a senior leader who understands how to translate engineering excellence into operational resilience. You will own the performance, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency of enterprise technology services across cloud, hybrid, and platform environments. Your mandate is to move the organization from reactive operations to a proactive, data-driven operating model powered by automation, observability, and AIOps.

Working closely with Engineering, Security, Product, and Business leaders, you will establish operating standards, governance, and tooling that ensure systems perform predictably under growth, change, and pressure. You will balance innovation with rigor, enabling rapid delivery while maintaining reliability, security, and compliance.

This is not an infrastructure caretaker role. It is a mandate to build technology operations as a strategic enterprise capability, one that accelerates innovation, protects customer experience, and scales with the business.
