Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, operations is the discipline that determines whether strategy succeeds or stalls. We are seeking a Head of Operations to own and elevate end-to-end operational performance across a complex, high-growth organization operating across multiple regions, delivery models, and customer segments.
This role is designed for a senior operator who understands how to translate ambition into repeatable execution. The Head of Operations will lead core operating functions, establish performance discipline, and ensure the organization can scale without sacrificing quality, margin, or customer experience. You will own how work gets done across people, processes, systems, and metrics.
Partnering closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, Technology, and Product leaders, you will drive operating-model design, productivity improvement, and operational resilience. This includes modernizing workflows through automation and data, strengthening governance, and building leadership capability across the organization.
This is not a maintenance or firefighting role. It is a mandate to build operations as a strategic enterprise capability, one that absorbs complexity, enables growth, and delivers predictable results in fast-changing environments.
