Job Description
About the Role
Modern enterprises depend on infrastructure that is resilient, secure, scalable, and continuously available across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, modernization, and operational excellence of a large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure ecosystem supporting global business operations.
This role goes far beyond day-to-day systems management. You will own the architecture, reliability, performance, and security posture of enterprise infrastructure spanning cloud platforms, data centers, networks, storage, compute, and endpoint services. Your mandate is to ensure infrastructure becomes a strategic enabler of growth, innovation, and speed, rather than a constraint.
Partnering closely with Engineering, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Leaders, you will drive infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, platform standardization, automation, observability, disaster recovery modernization, and cost optimization. You will lead teams responsible for uptime, scalability, and operational discipline in an always-on, global environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an infrastructure professional who understands that stability and innovation are not opposites and who can build systems that scale securely while supporting rapid enterprise change.
