About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives that power mission-critical systems across a global organization.

This role goes far beyond traditional project coordination. You will be responsible for driving large, multi-year IT initiatives spanning cloud migration, enterprise application modernization, cybersecurity programs, data platforms, infrastructure transformation, and system integrations.
You will operate at the center of business and technology, translating strategic priorities into structured execution plans and ensuring delivery across engineering, security, operations, finance, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate brings strong delivery discipline, technical fluency, and executive-level communication skills. You will be trusted to manage risk, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a high-impact role designed for leaders who can operate confidently in complex, matrixed environments and who understand how enterprise technology programs scale globally.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise IT projects across infrastructure, applications, cloud, data, and security domains.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery metrics.

  • Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams to align technical execution with business objectives.

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and external service providers.

  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards.

  • Identify risks, interdependencies, and constraints; proactively drive mitigation and resolution strategies.

  • Facilitate steering committees, leadership reviews, and executive readouts with clarity and confidence.

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols.

  • Drive change-management efforts to ensure adoption and operational readiness.

  • Support continuous improvement across IT delivery practices, tools, and methodologies.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects within enterprise environments.

  • Proven success delivering complex technology initiatives in global, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and systems integration.

  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets and vendor ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, SAFe, ITIL) preferred.

  • Support digital transformation initiatives critical to growth, security, and operational efficiency.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders during high-stakes initiatives and escalations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $2880,000 – $320,000
