Job Description

About the Role

In modern manufacturing enterprises, production planning is no longer a back-office scheduling function. It is a strategic capability that directly influences cost, service levels, inventory health, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Remote Production Planner to support and optimize production planning across a complex, multi-site manufacturing network operating at scale.

This role is designed for a planner who understands how to balance demand signals, capacity constraints, material availability, and operational realities in a dynamic environment. As a Remote Production Planner, you will play a critical role in aligning demand forecasts with production plans, ensuring continuity of supply while minimizing waste, excess inventory, and disruption.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales teams to translate demand into executable production schedules. Your mandate is to provide visibility, stability, and agility across the production planning process while operating in a fully remote environment supported by advanced planning systems and data tools.

This is not a transactional scheduling role. It is an opportunity to operate as a strategic planning partner in a global, data-driven manufacturing organization.
