Job Description

About the Role

Modern retail is no longer defined solely by transactions; it is defined by experience, operational precision, data-driven decision-making, and brand execution at scale. We are seeking a Retail Manager to lead high-volume retail operations within a complex, customer-centric organization operating across physical, digital, and omnichannel environments.

This role is designed for a leader who understands that the retail floor is both a revenue engine and a brand stage. • Commercially minded leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Confident people manager with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in execution.

  • Customer-obsessed with a strong understanding of brand experience.

  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
