The Senior Management Consultant plays a critical role in advising senior executives on strategy formulation, operational improvement, transformation execution, and organizational performance. This role partners closely with executive leadership teams to diagnose challenges, design scalable solutions, and guide implementation across enterprise functions.

This position is ideal for a seasoned consultant who combines strong analytical capability with real-world execution experience, and who can operate confidently with C-suite stakeholders across strategy, operations, finance, technology, and transformation initiatives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements across enterprise strategy, operational transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct executive-level assessments of organizational structure, operating models, processes, and capabilities.

  • Design and deliver transformation roadmaps that translate strategy into measurable execution plans.

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with senior leaders to align on priorities, risks, and execution sequencing.

  • Develop business cases, financial models, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to guide implementation and change execution.

  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and best practices.

  • Support governance models, KPI frameworks, and transformation tracking mechanisms.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership and board audiences.

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to consulting capability development.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or senior advisory roles.

  • Proven track record advising executive leadership on complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Experience in strategy development, operational improvement, digital transformation, or organizational redesign.

  • Strong analytical skills including financial modeling, performance analysis, and data-driven decision support.

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously in high-pressure environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

  • Support leadership teams during periods of growth, restructuring, or enterprise transformation.


Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $295,000 – $333,000
