Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Oversee large-scale, multi-year technical programs across engineering, product, and operations.

  • Governance & Execution: Establish program frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards to ensure delivery excellence.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, product, and business units to align technical roadmaps with organizational strategy.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure continuity of mission-critical initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular program updates to C-suite and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Innovation Support: Drive adoption of new tools, methodologies, and agile practices across technical teams.

  • Talent & Leadership: Mentor program managers and technical leads, fostering high-performance teams.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage multi-million-dollar program budgets and resource allocation with financial discipline.


Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

  • 15+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or engineering leadership, with at least 7+ years in senior management roles.

  • Proven record of delivering enterprise-scale technical programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth technology environments.

  • Strong expertise in program governance, agile frameworks, and cross-functional program delivery.

  • Technical depth in cloud, SaaS, enterprise software, or large-scale platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred.

  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite leaders and align technical execution with business priorities.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large program budgets.
