Job Function

The Senior Marketing Manager will architect and execute global, multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This role blends performance marketing, brand leadership, data analytics, product marketing alignment, and go-to-market execution across B2B and B2C verticals.

This is not a campaign execution role; this is a growth ownership position.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of global marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets and market expansion plans

  • Own P&L impact of marketing initiatives and ensure ROI-driven execution

  • Architect integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, influencer ecosystems, and performance channels

  • Develop differentiated brand positioning in competitive fintech landscapes

  • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Sales teams to design data-backed GTM strategies

  • Oversee marketing budget allocation ($10M+ annually) with strict performance accountability

  • Implement advanced attribution modeling and funnel optimization frameworks

  • Lead international product launches across emerging and established markets

  • Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team (10–25 members globally)

  • Develop executive-level reporting dashboards for C-suite stakeholders

  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, including keynote positioning, strategic partnerships, and media engagement


Strategic Support

  • Translate corporate growth objectives into measurable marketing OKRs

  • Support expansion into regulated financial markets through compliance-aligned marketing strategies

  • Contribute to investor reporting and board-level growth presentations

  • Evaluate M&A marketing integration opportunities

  • Provide competitive intelligence insights to executive leadership


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience

  • Minimum 4 years in fintech, SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology sectors

  • Proven track record scaling revenue beyond $50M ARR

  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC), LTV modeling, and retention frameworks

  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar global marketing budgets

  • Strong command of marketing analytics platforms (GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixpanel, etc.)

  • Experience launching products across multiple international markets

  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred (Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or Analytics)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $295,000 USD
