The Senior Operations Manager plays a central leadership role in translating strategy into execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee core operational functions to ensure efficiency, consistency, and service quality.

  • Translate organizational strategy into operational plans, metrics, and execution frameworks.

  • Manage cross-functional teams and operational leaders to deliver against performance targets.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost, and service levels.

  • Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and scalability.

  • Partner with Finance, Technology, HR, and other functions to align operations with business priorities.

  • Support capacity planning, workforce optimization, and resource allocation decisions.

  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and internal control standards.

  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, or service delivery leadership.

  • Proven experience managing complex operations within large or fast-scaling organizations.

  • Strong understanding of performance management, process design, and operational analytics.

  • Experience leading distributed or multi-site teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders on execution and performance outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $225,000 – $298,000

  • Annual performance-based incentive program
