About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and evolve mission-critical products that sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise-scale platforms. These products power decision-making, automation, and digital transformation for global enterprises operating at massive scale.

This role is designed for a product leader who thrives in complexity, someone who can translate ambiguous business challenges into a clear product strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will operate with significant autonomy while shaping products that impact millions of users and billions in revenue.

You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, security, and go-to-market teams to define the long-term vision, drive execution, and ensure our platforms remain trusted, scalable, and differentiated in a highly competitive market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and discovery through launch, optimization, and sunset

  • Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with enterprise customer needs, market trends, and company strategy

  • Lead roadmap development with a strong balance between innovation, platform stability, technical debt, and regulatory requirements

  • Translate complex customer problems into well-defined product requirements and success metrics

  • Partner deeply with engineering and data teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

  • Conduct customer research, executive interviews, and market analysis to inform product decisions

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales, customer success, and operations

  • Measure product performance using data-driven insights and continuously refine strategy based on outcomes

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI, or data-driven products

  • Proven experience owning large-scale, complex products used by enterprise or global customers

  • Strong understanding of modern product development methodologies (Agile, dual-track discovery, OKRs)

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically sophisticated platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred

  • Contribute to portfolio-level decisions, including investment prioritization and risk management

  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering strong product culture and best practices

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $234,000 – $328,000, depending on experience and location
