About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives that sit at the center of technology, operations, and business transformation.

This role is designed for an experienced delivery leader who understands how to manage multi-million-dollar initiatives, interdependent workstreams, and executive stakeholders across large organizations. You will own end-to-end delivery for strategic programs spanning digital transformation, systems modernization, operational optimization, and enterprise change initiatives.

Working closely with executive sponsors, technology leaders, and business owners, you will bring structure to ambiguity, discipline to execution, and transparency to decision-making. You will establish governance, manage risk, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with enterprise priorities.

This is not a task-tracking role. It is a mandate to lead delivery as a strategic enterprise capability, ensuring the organization can execute complex initiatives with confidence and consistency.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through delivery and closure.

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing models.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Finance, and external partners.

  • Establish project governance, reporting cadence, and executive dashboards.

  • Manage scope, risk, dependencies, and change across complex initiatives.

  • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making at senior leadership levels.

  • Ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives, compliance, and quality standards.

  • Lead vendor and partner coordination, contract milestones, and performance tracking.

  • Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to executive sponsors.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in project or program management within large enterprises.

  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.

  • Strong understanding of technology, systems, and business process transformation.

  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and enterprise stakeholders.

  • Strong governance, documentation, and reporting discipline.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

  • Partner with Finance on project financials, forecasting, and ROI tracking.

  • Collaborate with Technology and Operations on implementation readiness.

  • Support M&A integration, system rollouts, and enterprise change programs.


Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $230,000 – $305,000
