We operate within a highly complex, globally integrated supply chain environment supporting large-scale manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and omnichannel operations. As supply networks face increasing volatility, cost pressure, and demand variability, advanced analytics and strategic insight are essential to maintaining resilience, efficiency, and service excellence.
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain. This position partners closely with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Technology teams to analyze performance, identify risks, and develop actionable insights that directly influence enterprise outcomes.
This role is designed for an experienced analyst who combines strong quantitative skills with business acumen and who can operate confidently in a high-visibility, enterprise-scale environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance across sourcing, production, inventory, and distribution networks.

Develop advanced analytical models to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.

Identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies impacting cost, service levels, and operational continuity.

Build and maintain dashboards, executive reports, and KPIs for senior leadership.

Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis related to supply disruptions, cost fluctuations, and demand variability.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Perform root-cause analysis on service failures, inventory imbalances, and operational bottlenecks.

Support strategic sourcing, network design, and logistics optimization initiatives.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across supply chain systems.

Contribute to the standardization of analytics frameworks, methodologies, and reporting practices.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or related analytical roles.

Strong understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.

Advanced analytical skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, BI platforms, or similar technologies.

Experience working with ERP, supply chain planning, or advanced analytics systems.

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field required.

Advanced degree or professional certifications (APICS, CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $255,000 – $305,000
