We are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Client Services, a visionary leader responsible for developing and executing strategies that elevate client engagement, satisfaction, and retention at a global scale. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will oversee all facets of client delivery, relationship management, and strategic account growth bridging customer needs with enterprise capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator and relationship builder, skilled in leading large client portfolios, managing multi-regional teams, and aligning service excellence with corporate objectives. This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening enterprise partnerships, shaping brand perception, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead global client services strategy to ensure best-in-class delivery, retention, and satisfaction across enterprise accounts.

  • Oversee client relationship management teams, ensuring excellence in performance, responsiveness, and value creation.

  • Partner with sales, operations, and marketing to drive cross-functional alignment and growth within strategic client portfolios.

  • Implement data-driven client performance metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention, upsell KPIs) to measure impact.

  • Build scalable client delivery frameworks using technology, automation, and advanced analytics.

  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key client accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and governance.

  • Mentor and empower regional client services leaders to strengthen organizational capability and culture.

  • Identify new opportunities for client-led innovation, co-creation, and solution enhancement.


Qualifications: What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in client services, customer success, or professional services leadership, with at least 8+ years in executive roles.

  • Proven success managing global client operations in Fortune 500 or enterprise-level organizations.

  • Deep understanding of B2B relationship management, client lifecycle strategy, and value delivery.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on operational performance, financial metrics, and client growth outcomes.

  • Expertise in leveraging CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot) and analytics to optimize client performance.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills at the executive level.


Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, guiding enterprise decisions through the lens of client impact.

  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Strategy teams to ensure client insights shape innovation and service evolution.

  • Represent the client voice in all strategic planning sessions, ensuring that operational excellence translates to customer success.

  • Partner with Finance to align client revenue growth and margin optimization strategies.
