About the Role
At enterprise scale, operations is not about maintaining the status quo it is about building systems that perform reliably under growth, complexity, and constant change. We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end operational performance across a global, technology-driven organization.
This role is designed for an executive who understands how to translate strategy into execution at scale. The VP of Operations will oversee core operating functions, drive operational discipline, and ensure the organization delivers consistently against growth, quality, and efficiency targets. You will own how work gets done across people, processes, systems, and performance metrics.
Partnering closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and executive leadership team, you will play a central role in scaling the business, improving margins, and strengthening service delivery. This includes leading operational transformation initiatives, modernizing workflows through automation and data, and establishing governance that enables speed without sacrificing control.
This is not a functional silo role. It is a mandate to build operations as a strategic enterprise capability one that enables growth, absorbs complexity, and delivers predictable results in a fast-moving environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead enterprise operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.

Oversee day-to-day operational performance across functions, regions, and delivery models.

Design and implement scalable operating models that support growth and efficiency.

Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance management frameworks.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost, and customer outcomes.

Partner with Technology and Transformation leaders to automate and modernize operations.

Ensure operational readiness for new products, market expansion, and organizational change.

Identify operational risks and bottlenecks; implement mitigation and recovery plans.

Lead and develop senior operations leaders and build strong succession pipelines.

Report operational performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to executive leadership and the Board.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, service delivery, or enterprise execution roles.

Proven success leading large, complex, multi-region operations at scale.

Strong understanding of operating model design, process optimization, and performance management.

Experience driving operational transformation and scaling organizations through growth phases.

Demonstrated ability to partner with C-suite leaders on strategy and execution.

Strong financial and analytical acumen, including margin improvement and cost optimization.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Support M&A integration and enterprise optimization efforts when applicable.

Base Salary: $356,000 – $415,000
