Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, operational excellence is no longer defined by efficiency alone; it is defined by resilience, velocity, intelligence, and scalability. We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead and evolve a globally distributed operating model supporting advanced manufacturing, digital platforms, and intelligent supply ecosystems.
This role sits at the center of enterprise execution. The SVP of Operations will oversee a complex, multi-continent operational footprint encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, fulfillment, quality, customer delivery, and continuous improvement. The mandate is to architect and run a modern operating system—one that integrates data, automation, and AI-driven decision-making across every operational layer.
You will partner directly with the CEO, CFO, CIO, and Board to align operational strategy with long-term growth, margin expansion, and customer experience. The role requires a leader who has successfully scaled operations through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and global expansion, while maintaining discipline, governance, and operational integrity.
This is a defining role for an executive who thrives in high-complexity environments and understands how to convert strategy into sustained operational performance at scale.
