About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations Technology to lead the strategy, modernization, and execution of technology platforms that power large-scale operations across a complex, global organization.

This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to connect operational strategy with technology execution. The SVP of Operations Technology will own the technology ecosystem that supports operations, including ERP, supply chain systems, automation platforms, data infrastructure, and operational analytics, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the COO, CIO, CFO, and business leaders to modernize operating platforms, enable automation, and improve productivity across the enterprise. You will drive digital operations transformation, standardize processes across regions, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable operational impact.

This is not an IT oversight role. It is a mandate to build operations technology as a strategic enterprise capability, one that enables speed, reliability, and continuous improvement at a global scale.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise operations technology strategy aligned with operational and growth objectives.

  • Lead global platforms supporting operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery.

  • Drive large-scale modernization of ERP, operational systems, and automation technologies.

  • Partner with Operations leadership to redesign processes enabled by digital platforms and analytics.

  • Establish governance, standards, and KPIs for operations technology performance and value realization.

  • Oversee integration of AI, analytics, and automation to improve productivity and decision-making.

  • Ensure operational systems meet security, reliability, and compliance requirements.

  • Manage vendor ecosystems, system integrators, and technology partners.

  • Lead and develop senior technology and operations systems leaders globally.

  • Communicate the technology roadmap, risks, and performance to executive leadership and the Board.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in operations technology, enterprise systems, or digital operations roles.

  • Proven success leading large-scale operations and technology environments in complex global organizations.

  • Deep experience with ERP platforms, operational systems, automation, and data-driven operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to align technology investments with operational outcomes and ROI.

  • Experience partnering closely with Operations, Finance, and IT leadership.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large technology investment portfolios.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain leaders on scalability and resilience.

  • Support M&A integration, system consolidation, and platform standardization initiatives.


Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $360,000 – $430,000
