Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, operational excellence is not about efficiency alone; it is about orchestration, resilience, and execution at velocity. We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Operations, to lead and evolve the operational backbone of a complex, global organization operating across multiple business lines, geographies, and delivery models.
This role is built for a senior executive who has successfully led large, multi-layered operations encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, fulfillment, service delivery, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning execution tightly with corporate strategy and financial performance.
As SVP of Operations, you will own end-to-end operational performance across the enterprise, ensuring that people, processes, systems, and assets operate as a single, integrated engine. You will be responsible for scaling operations sustainably, modernizing operating models, embedding automation and AI-enabled decisioning, and strengthening execution discipline across global teams.
Reporting directly to the COO / CEO, this leader will serve as a strategic operator and enterprise integrator, translating growth strategy into operational reality. Your impact will be measured in margin expansion, service reliability, productivity gains, customer experience, and long-term enterprise value.
