Job Description
About the Role
In a rapidly changing world, strategic foresight is the cornerstone of resilience, innovation, and growth. As industries evolve through digital transformation, emerging technologies, and market disruption, organizations must align bold vision with precise execution.
We are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategy and Planning — a forward-thinking executive who will define and drive our corporate strategy across global markets. Reporting directly to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, this leader will architect strategic frameworks that fuel business growth, operational scalability, and competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic architect and business operator—equally comfortable shaping long-term vision and orchestrating day-to-day execution. You’ll lead enterprise-wide initiatives that span transformation, portfolio optimization, M&A strategy, and market expansion, while fostering a data-driven culture of innovation and accountability.
This is not a role for the ordinary. It’s an opportunity for an executive who thrives on impact, influence, and the art of aligning vision with measurable outcomes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
-
Lead the development, refinement, and execution of multi-year strategic plans in alignment with corporate objectives and global growth initiatives.
-
Partner with C-suite leaders to define priorities across market expansion, M&A integration, digital transformation, and organizational performance.

Oversee strategic business planning processes, including forecasting, risk assessment, and capital allocation frameworks.
-
Build and lead a world-class strategy organization that drives insight, innovation, and cross-functional alignment.
-
Guide the execution of operational roadmaps, ensuring measurable impact and accountability across all functions.
-
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and senior executives on long-term strategic direction.
-
Leverage data analytics, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling to inform key strategic decisions.
-
Champion transformation programs that enhance enterprise agility, profitability, and shareholder value.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
-
15+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business transformation, including at least 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
-
Proven track record developing and executing enterprise-wide strategy within Fortune 1000 or global organizations.
-
Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, organizational design, and operational excellence.
-
Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or equivalent) highly preferred.
-
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing at the Board or C-suite level.
-
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to simplify complexity into clear actions.
-
Experience leading or partnering on M&A, strategic partnerships, or corporate development initiatives.
Strategic Support
-
Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and ELT, guiding the organization through transformation, market volatility, and innovation.
-

-
Drive integration of insights and analytics into planning and forecasting cycles to ensure agile execution.
-
Oversee annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment between tactical initiatives and long-term vision.
