Job Description
About the Role
In a world where customer expectations are defined by speed, accuracy, and reliability, distribution is no longer a back-office function; it is a strategic growth engine. We are seeking a Vice President of Distribution to lead and modernize a complex, multi-node distribution network supporting national and global demand across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and direct-to-customer channels.
This executive role is built for a leader who understands how to operate at scale while continuously improving throughput, cost efficiency, service levels, and resiliency. You will oversee a geographically distributed network of fulfillment centers, regional distribution hubs, and last-mile partnerships, balancing near-term execution with long-term network design and capacity strategy.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, Technology, and Commercial leadership, you will shape how products move from production to customer with precision and speed. Your mandate includes leveraging automation, robotics, warehouse management systems, and advanced analytics to create a high-performing, future-ready distribution ecosystem.
This is a high-visibility, enterprise-critical role with direct impact on customer experience, revenue performance, working capital, and margin optimization—designed for a senior leader ready to influence strategy at the executive table.
