Job Description
About the Role
In a globally distributed enterprise operating across volatile markets, geopolitical complexity, and accelerating demand cycles, supply chain is not a cost center. It is a strategic control tower that determines margin performance, speed to market, risk resilience, and customer trust.
We are seeking a Vice President of Global Supply Chain to architect and lead a fully integrated, multi-continent supply network across sourcing, manufacturing coordination, planning, logistics, distribution, and supplier strategy.
This role is designed for an executive who understands how to balance resilience with efficiency, agility with governance, and cost discipline with growth enablement. The VP of Global Supply Chain will lead global planning and execution across North America, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring performance consistency while adapting to regional market realities.
You will serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, partnering with leaders from Operations, Finance, Product, Commercial, Risk, and Technology. Your mandate is to modernize the supply chain through data visibility, digital enablement, risk-mitigation frameworks, and a long-term capacity strategy.
This is not a functional oversight role. It is a mandate to transform the global supply chain into a competitive advantage that strengthens profitability, improves service performance, and enhances enterprise resilience.
