Job Description
About the Role
In large, high-growth enterprises, operations is not a back-office function; it is the engine that determines scalability, profitability, and customer experience. We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize enterprise-wide operations across multiple business units, regions, and delivery models.
This role is built for a senior operator who understands how to translate strategy into repeatable execution. The VP of Operations will own end-to-end operational performance, ensuring that people, processes, systems, and metrics are aligned to deliver consistent results at scale.
You will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, CIO, and functional leaders to modernize operating models, improve productivity, and drive continuous improvement. This includes leading operational transformation initiatives, standardizing processes across regions, and ensuring operational readiness for growth, innovation, and market expansion.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a mandate to build operations as a strategic enterprise capability, one that delivers efficiency, resilience, and sustained competitive advantage.
