The Vice President of Product is a senior executive responsible for defining product vision, shaping portfolio strategy, and translating customer needs and market opportunity into category-leading solutions. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, technology, design, and data, ensuring that innovation is purposeful, scalable, and commercially sound.
You will lead a diverse organization of Product Leaders and Product Managers, establish best-in-class product operating models, and influence enterprise-wide priorities. This role partners closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure products deliver sustained customer value and measurable business outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own and communicate a clear, multi-year product vision aligned with enterprise strategy and market opportunity.

Lead a portfolio of complex, high-scale products across their full lifecycle from discovery and validation through delivery and optimization.

Establish product governance, prioritization frameworks, and operating rhythms that support speed, quality, and alignment.

Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable product strategies.

Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable product delivery.

Drive data-informed decision-making through product analytics, experimentation, and outcome-based KPIs.

Oversee roadmap planning, capacity allocation, and investment trade-offs across product lines.

Develop and mentor senior product leaders, building a high-performance, accountable product organization.

Present product strategy, progress, and performance metrics to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for platform expansion, new product introduction, and long-term differentiation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

12+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in senior product leadership roles.

Proven success leading enterprise-scale, technology-driven products in SaaS, platforms, or digital ecosystems.

Strong understanding of modern product development methodologies and agile delivery at scale.

Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design in highly technical environments.

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with execution discipline.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Influence decisions related to platform modernization, AI adoption, and digital expansion.

Provide leadership on product-led growth, customer value realization, and market positioning.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $347,000 – $412,000
