We are seeking a Vice President of Product to lead global product vision, portfolio strategy, and platform evolution across AI-native enterprise solutions.

This is not a feature management role. This is an enterprise-scale product leadership mandate.

Job Function

The VP of Product will own the full product lifecycle strategy across multi-product AI platforms, driving innovation, commercialization, scalability, and market dominance. This leader will architect product vision aligned with global revenue strategy, oversee cross-functional execution, and lead a distributed team of product directors, managers, and UX strategists.

The role requires mastery of enterprise SaaS economics, AI product development, go-to-market orchestration, and long-horizon platform scaling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global product vision and roadmap strategy

• Lead portfolio governance across AI, analytics, automation, and platform services

• Align product strategy with corporate growth objectives and revenue targets ($500M+ ARR trajectory)

• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through enterprise deployment

• Drive monetization frameworks, including pricing models, enterprise packaging, and expansion strategies

• Lead enterprise customer discovery initiatives and executive stakeholder engagement

• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, AI-native architecture

• Guide product-led growth (PLG) strategies in enterprise environments

• Oversee product analytics, KPI measurement, and outcome-driven iteration

• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment for global enterprise deployments

• Manage and scale a global product organization (25–60+ product professionals)

• Present product strategy and roadmap updates to the Board and institutional investors

• Drive competitive positioning and category leadership initiatives

Strategic Support

• Translate enterprise market shifts and AI innovation trends into actionable product strategy

• Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem integrations

• Contribute to M&A product due diligence and post-acquisition integration

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on enterprise GTM alignment

• Support international expansion into regulated markets

• Guide AI ethics, governance, and responsible innovation frameworks

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• 12–18+ years of progressive product leadership experience

• 6+ years leading enterprise SaaS or AI-driven platforms at scale

• Proven track record scaling products beyond $200M+ ARR

• Deep understanding of AI/ML commercialization in enterprise environments

• Experience managing multi-product portfolios and global teams

• Strong financial acumen including SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, ARR growth)

• Experience working with Board-level stakeholders and executive leadership

• Demonstrated success launching enterprise-grade platforms globally

• MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $230,000 – $360,000 USD
