About the Role

The future of category-defining products sits at the intersection of vision, design excellence, and disciplined execution. We are seeking a Vice President of Product & Design to lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and evolution of digital products used by millions of customers globally.

This role is designed for a senior product and design executive who has built and scaled world-class consumer and enterprise platforms, aligning business strategy, customer experience, and technical feasibility into a single, cohesive product vision.
You will own the product and design lifecycle—from long-term vision and roadmap definition to experience design, delivery execution, and continuous iteration, ensuring every product decision is grounded in customer insight, data, and strategic intent.

As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Product & Design will serve as the voice of the customer while balancing commercial outcomes, platform scalability, and design integrity. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, UX/UI, Research, Content Design, and Design Systems, creating experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and differentiated in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and own the enterprise-wide product and design vision aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectives.

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and experience design across multiple platforms and customer segments.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, high-impact digital products.

  • Establish best-in-class product discovery, user research, and experimentation practices.

  • Oversee design systems, accessibility standards, and experience consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Drive data-informed decision-making using customer insights, analytics, and behavioral research.

  • Balance long-term innovation with near-term execution, ensuring products ship with quality, speed, and clarity.

  • Lead and develop senior leaders across Product Management and Design functions.

  • Evaluate new product opportunities, platform expansions, and market adjacencies.

  • Present product strategy, performance, and investment priorities to executive leadership and the Board.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, design leadership, or digital product strategy roles.

  • Proven success leading product and design organizations within global consumer technology or platform-based companies.

  • Strong experience building and scaling digital products used at significant volume and complexity.

  • Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, design systems, and user-centered development methodologies.

  • Experience partnering with Engineering leadership on platform architecture and delivery execution.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align product decisions to revenue, growth, and customer retention.

  • Track record of executive-level influence and cross-functional leadership.

  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to shape long-term product and growth strategy.

  • Support corporate planning, investment decisions, and portfolio prioritization.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and product positioning.

  • Enable organizational alignment around customer outcomes, experience quality, and innovation velocity.

  • Provide product leadership during acquisitions, integrations, and platform expansion initiatives.


Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $350,000 – $440,000
