The Vice President of Product Operations is a pivotal executive role responsible for driving operational discipline across the product lifecycle, from roadmap execution to customer delivery. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure operational excellence that fuels innovation, scalability, and market leadership.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee global product operations, aligning strategy with execution across multiple product lines.

Lifecycle Management: Drive end-to-end processes including planning, launch, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle optimization.

Performance Analytics: Implement data-driven metrics and dashboards to track roadmap execution, adoption, and business impact.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless collaboration.

Resource Optimization: Lead budgeting, capacity planning, and operational resource allocation for global product initiatives.

Scalability & Efficiency: Embed best practices, frameworks, and tools that improve speed-to-market and reduce operational friction.

Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure global product operations meet compliance, security, and governance requirements.

Executive Reporting: Provide strategic updates, KPIs, and insights to the CPO, COO, and Board of Directors.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

15+ years of progressive leadership in product operations, product management, or enterprise SaaS, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles.

Proven success in Fortune 500 or high-growth SaaS companies.

Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, data-driven decision-making, and operational governance.

Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud ecosystems, and global software delivery.

MBA, Engineering, or related advanced degree preferred.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Strategic Support
The VP of Product Operations serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and executive leadership team, ensuring product operations drive growth, innovation, and customer value. Key contributions include:

Essential Job Function
