Job Description

About the Role

In organizations operating at a global scale, execution is strategy. We are seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead the orchestration of the company’s most critical, multi-year initiatives programs that span product, engineering, operations, finance, and commercial execution.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy and disciplined delivery. The Vice President will oversee a broad portfolio of high-impact programs, including platform modernization, AI adoption, operating-model transformation, post-acquisition integration, and global scalability initiatives. These programs are not incremental; they redefine how the organization operates, innovates, and grows.

You will architect the enterprise program management model, establish governance at scale, and ensure alignment between executive vision and on-the-ground execution. Acting as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, you will bring clarity to complexity, anticipate risk, and ensure that the organization delivers outcomes, not just milestones.

This is a senior leadership role designed for a leader with strong executive presence, exceptional judgment, and a proven ability to move large, complex organizations forward through structure, influence, and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise program portfolio spanning digital transformation, platform evolution, AI initiatives, operational scale, and strategic change.

  • Design and lead enterprise-wide program governance, execution frameworks, and operating cadences.

  • Translate corporate strategy into executable roadmaps with clearly defined milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Commercial leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Lead executive steering committees and deliver concise, insight-driven updates to the C-suite and Board stakeholders.

  • Anticipate enterprise risks, resource constraints, and interdependencies; implement mitigation and recovery strategies.

  • Drive consistent prioritization and capacity planning across programs to maximize organizational focus and ROI.

  • Champion disciplined execution while enabling speed, adaptability, and innovation at scale.

  • Build, mentor, and lead senior program leaders and PMO teams across regions and functions.

  • Establish a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all enterprise initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud transformation, AI initiatives, and modern operating models.

  • Experience managing significant program budgets, investment planning, and outcome-based performance metrics.

  • Background working directly with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.

Personal Capabilities and Qualifications

  • Highly analytical with strong decision-making and prioritization skills.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating enterprise-level complexity.

  • Strong people leader with a track record of developing senior talent.

  • Resilient, composed, and decisive in high-stakes environments.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO, CTO, and executive leadership on execution risk, capacity, and delivery health.

  • Support enterprise planning cycles, transformation roadmaps, and investment decisions.

  • Provide structure and oversight during periods of growth, integration, or organizational change.

  • Enable leadership alignment across functions, regions, and business units.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid executive work model with flexibility for leadership needs.
